DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the front office reception ie welcome visitors and assist them accordingly
Respond to the office line telephone calls and handle various inquiries or complaints
Make sure the office facilities and equipment’s are well maintained and undergo regular maintenance if necessary
Issue orders, forms and applications
Record all call information according to standard operating procedures
Assist explaining the company products to the customers
Input new customer information into the system
Preserve close working relationships across all departments
Collect client information through answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying data
Make sure the front office desk is tidy and has all the necessary stationery and material
Monitor customer calls where necessary
REQUIREMENT
Bachelors Degree in any Business related course
Demonstrated experience in the same position is highly desired
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone skills
Must be fluent in English
Must be presentable and have a positive attitude
The preferred candidate must be Indian Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka or Filipino
Expertise in Ms Office suite required
