DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle include recruitment arrangement, on board arrangement, employee relations, company activities etc. Liaise & coordinate with various internal & external parties to facilitate communication & maintain smooth & effective operation Update and maintain mass database in accuracy Assist in execution and follow through the progress of various training Provide logistics and administrative support, including training course enrollment, attendance list, training venue set up and training schedule arrangement etc Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review Support Consultancy Development (e.g. marketing strategy on recruitment; convention trip planning) Handles correspondence emails & letters Answer inquiry calls in a professional manner Provide other administrative duties
REQUIREMENT

High Diploma major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or relevant disciplines Minimum 1 years of clerical experience is an advantage Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented Discipline, good time management, detail-minded, independent and self-motivated Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel (e.g. v look up, pivot table & PowerPoint) Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Design software is an advantage Immediate available is highly preferred
