DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In charge of finding new clients as well as maintaining existing clients. Manages the sales and marketing strategies for the property to ensure full market occupancy and rate growth. Provide clients with a comprehensive property financial comparison. In charge of reviewing and filling the leasing agreement.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in marketing, property development, and/or other relevant fields. Minimum 3-years of working experience in sales/marketing duties with great proven result (property business will be an added advantage). High accountability with minimum supervision. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High initiative and self-motivated. Proficient in English.
