DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

First-line enquiry response with inbound visitors, active outbound prospecting, and nurturing using targeted approaches. Following up and qualifying warm leads, such as visitors to the website, LiveChat, event attendees, in-bound enquiries, service referrals, etc. Performance analysis and coming up with ideas to improve effectiveness of lead generation activities. Follow up with customers for correspondence/emails received. Keep track of email and correspondence status. Ensure due diligence in emails and correspondence management. Resolve complaints from customers and follow up made properly.
REQUIREMENT

Basic Education. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language. Outgoing and strong interpersonal skills. Goal orientated and a passion to succeed. Good organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, CMS. Well-developed analytical skills to measure success of campaigns and tactics.
