DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for inputting all new member data into system Provide information to all members and guests about gym facilities Assist members and guest with all inquiries, solve their concerns and help resolve any complains by member Provide service excellent to all members and guests Explain terms and condition of member to all new joined members Preparing daily, weekly and monthly club reports
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 28 years-old Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service/hospitality Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must Very well presented and attractive Willing to be placed in all Jakarta area or Tangerang area
