Conduct requirements and solution concept workshops
Facilitate business process analysis and automation discussions
Supports client engagements by conducting email-specific segmentation, designing and deploying strategies, developing client-specific best practices and sending approaches, and delivering more robust and sophisticated strategic guidance.
Author solution detailed design and configuration specification deliverables
Escalate any technical issues to Project Manager
Prepare the project documentation
Complete the assigned task within timeline
Run Unit and Integration Test
Support UAT and Fix Issues
Train the Trainers
Provide functional knowledge transfer
