DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users Walk the customer through problem-solving process Direct unresolved issues to next level support personnel Record events and problems and their resolution in logs Follow-up and update customer status and information Provide accurate information on IT products and services Act as general IT Support Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
REQUIREMENT

Comfortable in connecting with people and solving their IT problem Tech savvy with working knowledge of data and IT asset management Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Excellent English Proficiency (verbal and written) Strong ability in administration, writing, communication and presentation. Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field 1 years experience as IT Support
