S1, Mechanical Engineering/Electro Max 40 Years Old English (written & spoken) Management skills Technical knowledge & experience in oil industries Planning, managing, and supervising all production activities to ensure products are delivered according on time Planning and implementing maintenance & overhaul assets according to the needs of existing and forecasted projects Coordination with marketing, operations departments to determine production output targets Coordination with the engineering and procurement department for the procurement of parts and assets according to production needs Supervision of vendors and sub-contractors to ensure work / goods are in accordance with production needs and good quality Meeting and coordination with the client to kickoff the project and evacuate the project that is already running Supervision of 3 workshop locations and everything about the job and manpower at the workshop Planning and implementation of improvement workshops in terms of tools, manpower additions, and supporting facilities Gathering a database of all assets in both the workshop and site Make a submission of the annual production department budget and monitor the use of the budget (cost control) as the year progresses Make production documents as needed (test report, S-curve etc.) and present to the client if needed Available on holidays in an on-call basis if needed or there is an emergency condition
