DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. All duties are to be carried out at all times in compliance with all Huntsman Corporate EHS, SOX and business conduct policies and guidelines. 2. To coordinate third party service provider in delivery of defined, high quality services, to agreed performance and cost targets in an environment that encourage continuous improvement. 3. Service areas through outsourced contractor and third-party service provider: - Cleaning, washing and common areas up keeping General, Planned Maintenance services and housekeeping activities Communication system support Electricity, lighting and air-condition maintenance Office layout changes and movement of office furniture General office purchasing activities (PR, PR, GR, S2P) 4. Liaise with Pinnacle building maintenance crew to ensure that office building standards, maintenance/safety and costs are delivered in line with the lease agreement. Manage the delivery of an effective facilities management service. 5. Promptly notify relevant parties on schedule maintenance and ensure back-up plans are in place in case of prolong maintenance. 6. Effectively engage outsourced contractors in understanding Huntsman service level and periodically conduct performance review to identify gaps in service deliveries. Jointly formulate actions to improve performance. 7. Establish service turnaround time like breakdown maintenance will handle within an hour and ensure the service provider adhere to such standard. 8. To coordinate all travel arrangements for associates and guest, and in compliance with Huntsman Travel Policy. 9. To ensure effective management of the Travel Request Database & monitor the monthly travel reporting analysis for all Global IT travels. Communicate any dispute with Airplus and travel agent. 10. To coordinate with the appointed travel agent in making prompt and effective travel arrangements and accommodation achieving best competitive pricing. 11. Effective communication on any travel information required by all associates. 12. To register and sign off visitors into visitors log book and to perform Emergency Evacuation task during emergency circumstances. 13. To assist Global IT Managers in anyway whenever deemed necessary.
REQUIREMENT

Secondary level/certificates level / diploma level in Business Administrative/Secretary with 2 years of Administrative experience 1) Experience and knowledge gained from at least minimum 2 years work experience in similar administration and facilities management roles. 2) Must have a level of proficiency with Outlook Emails and Microsoft programs. 3) Frontline management experience or working with different core groups. 4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5) Strong service delivery and customer focus.
