DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Receive/make calls and take messages in behalf of her immediate superior, as well as entertain organization guests. She shall also be responsible in receiving calls of all the office's employees and in faxing documents to clients.
Segregate incoming mails and receive documents and plans, properly stamped, logged and routed to all persons concerned.
Help maintain the organization’s documentation and makes sure that these are accurately filed as per the Standard Project Filing System of the organization as detailed in the Quality Management System.
Keep record of who is going where, including organization name and expected time of return.
Assist the Executive Secretary or any other administrative personnel in their clerical works, e.g. typing labels, notices, telephone inquiries, book hotels and restaurants, etc.
Ensure that all outgoing documents are transmitted by the Utility/Messenger or Driver on time according to certain levels of priority
REQUIREMENT
Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
With at least one year experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Clerical or any relevant experience.
With good oral and written communication skills
Must be adept with basic MS Office applications
Can start immediately in Pasig
