Saint Vincent Group is based in the heart of Dubai seeking for a Corporate Receptionist to join its team of Business Support personnel. The role is key to the business and requires a true professional to represent the company in the best possible manner. Proactivity, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will deal with walk-in enquiries, answer telephone calls and manage the main meeting room calendar. You will need to be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional and friendly demeanour. Applications are invited from candidates with absolute proficiency in the English language and you must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards.
REQUIREMENT
Some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role are: • At least 3 years of receptionist / front desk related experiences • Immaculate telephone etiquette and message taking • Good computer skills including all Microsoft applications especially ms excel • Ability to manage pabx system • Team player and good interpersonal skills • Independent, organized and self-motivated • Ability to multi-task while staying organized and efficient
