DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Data entry from Supplier contract for Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore, into agent's required format, including rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, excursions, transportation products and terms & conditions of suppliers. Revision throughout the year if any updates from suppliers. System insertion & creation for Ground Suppliers components. Assist the Contracting team in the transition from Passion system to Lemax, including product and rates insertion. Prepare report for management on regular basis and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Excellent use of Excel, knowledge of the tourism industry, data entry, computing and administrative. Speaks, reads and writes perfectly in English. Proactive, organizational talent, reliable and able to handle pressure professionally
