DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide full spectrum of office administrative duties, such as office renovation & relocation, repair & maintenance, purchasing & assets management etc;
Co-ordinate with building management in the areas of maintenance, building facilities and general services;
Receive and dispatch office mail and documents between and outside the office;
Carry out regular office health and safety inspection;
Carry out fire risk assessment in office;
Support other records maintenance and general administration works such as time sheet, purchase requisitions, inventory records and other administrative correspondences;
Support the ad hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
F.5 or above and at least 2 years' related working experience;
Good command of written and spoken English;
Proficient in MS Office;
Attention to details and work independently;
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
