DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Post Sales Engineer (Network) Responsibilities: To provide system support and service for customer on Network Solution such as LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Security. To provide project implementation and installation to customer on network products. To provide on-site support for maintenance contract customer. To provide on-site troubleshooting support to customer on network system. To provide phone support when necessary. Post Sales Engineer (Server/ Storage) Responsibilities: To provide server/ storage support and installation service for customer. To provide installation and configuration of operating system and other peripherals. To provide UAT, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers. To provide problem resolution and corrective action. To provide phone support when necessary.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate with server/ storage/ network support experience will be an added advantage. Preferably Junior Executives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Junior positions. 3 Full-Time position(s) available. Well-established company with good working environment. 5 working days (Monday-Friday), normal office hour. Willing to work in PJ area - possess own transport.
