DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proper documentation of COA and quantity of delivered chemicals for record keeping. Responsible to maintain the sufficient chemicals inventory to ensure smooth running of the plant. Transport chemical IBC, drums and bags on forklift and place them at designated locations. Prepare batches of chemicals as per SOP and update records in SAP. Escort ISOTANK from security gate to loading bay. Maintain good housekeeping in the chemical storage area. Assist and coordinate with vendors and forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries on critical orders of chemicals to prevent operation delay in plant. Align stock book numbers and SOX compliance and ISO compliance.
REQUIREMENT

Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level or higher with 0-3 years of related experience, ideally from Chemical plant / warehouse operation background preferred. Able to demonstrate adequate safety awareness and behaviors. Familiar with warehouse activities and work processes like forklift operation, transportation, and handling of chemicals. Certified forklift driver and ability to drive forklift in chemical warehouse in congested area. Possess knowledge of GHS labeling system in identifying the hazards of the chemicals. Familiar and understand the site material and warehousing policies. Conversant with the use computers especially on SAP and their work flows, e-mails and Microsoft programs like Words and Excel. Able to communicate with all levels; able to carry weight up to 25kgs. Preferred skills/knowledge: Warehouse and logistics management skills Expedite materials efficiently and carefully Knowledge of pipes, fittings, pumps and manufacturing plant materials
