DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To conduct telephone canvassing To coordinate on sales enquiries, viewing, negotiation and closing of every potential clients To conduct negotiation between clients and owners on terms and condition of the sale/rent offers. To coordinate on sales/marketing promotions for rental and sale of properties
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least basic education, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Candidate with vast experience in Sales & Marketing but not related in Property Industry is encouraged to apply Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. Proficiency in English and other languages/dialects will be an added advantage. No working experience is required as training will be provided based on one to one Must possess own transport Provide marketing support (Handphone & Advertising in Electronic Media) Willing to learn, confident, persuasive, passionate about sales, have good communication skills, strong selling skills
