Propose, plan and execute process improvement initiatives and new ideas that will help the business achieve its targets
Design experiments and conduct process and impact evaluations

Propose and manage data-driven system improvements
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in technical major (engineering or science) from a reputable university Proficient in making data queries in SQL language Proficient in crunching numbers using Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and having the drive to be well-organised Strong sense of ownership, executional and communication skills Demonstrates a strong leadership and people skills Adaptable and energised by change Plus points: Exposure to warehouse and distribution processes Excellent written and verbal English
