DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Check the system-based quantity before shipment of the encoded sales orders
Extract the Sales Shipments accordingly to SS numbers & delivery date requirement
Send delivery schedule to the third party logistic and furnish copy to Sales & Logistics departments
Prepare transmittal for Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoice.
Check & compare the delivery status report being sent by the third party Logistics against the BICP sales shipments schedule/deliveries.
Ensure & monitor that all processed delivery receipts & sales invoices are submitted on time by the third party logistics.
Monitor in sequence the usage of forms (DR & Sales Invoice)
Provide pending order reports on a weekly basis
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or any four year business related course Two (2) year experience in Logistics
