Use market research information to enhance sales success with potential clients.
Perform high level of customer satisfaction through excellence sales service.
Qualify prospective leads prior to account assignment.
Prepare analysis, content materials /follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process.
Process quotes on behalf of the sales team.
Provide support for on-going customers by answering questions, tracing orders, status or product shipments and resolving problems.
Facilitate no charge orders, process credit memos, act as a facilitator for return issues.
Provide information regarding order status, stock availability, orders product literature or provide customers with product sales information as requested by sales team.
Work under general supervision, applies diversified procedures/ standards.
Compile /maintain a list of prospective /current customers as sales leads.
Meeting /exceeding sales goals.
Retrieve /process sales faxes, (POs, Order acknowledgements).
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field but preferably Engineering course.
With extensive sales experience in mining, cement and powe plant industry.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
Applicants must be willing to work in Surigao and Agusan Del Sur & Norte.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical.
