DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Setup and Maintain customer computers, server and network infrastructure. Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.) Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections Update information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base)
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years Old Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Information Technology Fresh graduate welcome to apply Proficient in English both oral & written Hardworking, enthusiastic and Team Player Preferred understand the basic network infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN, IP Routing, Firewall & etc.) Able to handle stress & good communication skills with people at all levels Result oriented, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision Willing to be located in customer site Preferable has own motorcycle and stay in Tangerang Kota, Jakarta Barat.
