DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversees and leads the development and execution of marketing and sales plans, sales administration, credit control and customer care services, including strategis, tactics and resources to achieve the Company goals and objectives. (i.e. diversity, capture market share, create distinctiveness, build brand, sales targets, profitability, etc) Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy Prepares, reviews, analyzes and controls expenditure of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Guides the preparation of periodic marketing and sales reports and presents/ submits to the executive management and board of directors. Leads the effore to conduct market research/ reconnaissance and assess markets and customers including market trends, customer segments, risk management and other factors or internal/ external issues that affect the Company's strategies. Build, develops, manages, trains, motivates and retains a marketing and sales team capable of developing and executive marketing and sales strategies, plans and sales administration including customer account management process. Develops and maintains appropriate external relationships, negotiates and closes deals with customers/ purchasers, business contacts and authorities. Provides input and support on the development, innovation and realization of new products to meet the market needs. Strategize and lead project launches, marketing activities and sales campaigns. Provide Real Estate marketing services Conduct event and programmes to generate leads and interests, expansion of distribution channels. Provides specialized assistance to projects and sales enquires for sales team Recruit, train and conduct product training for negotiators and leaders Ensure sales targets, KPIs and objectives of company achieved Prospect and scout for potential developments for marketing To be able to handle issues and complaints professionally Maintain relationship with the Developers.
REQUIREMENT

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field. Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with and also not less than 4 years' experience in a senior management position with a demonstrated track record of achievements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Resourceful, result-oriented and proactive Familiar with the Malaysian statutes on property development; Housing Development Act and Foreign Investment Committe Guidelines Good working knowledge of IFCA property Development Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia Familiar with the Malaysian statues on property development and knowledge of Strata Management Act Familiar with Malaysia property market and has solid project marketing and sales experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Resourceful, result-orientated and proactive
