DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client;s business Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients Negotiate contract terms with clients and comunicate terms to stakeholders Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracted project specifications are execute on-time and as agreed Become a subject matter expert on our business projects, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), or Architecture. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field & function. Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales. Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision maker at companies and organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations. Proficiency in office application. Basic understanding of the construction industry, with tha ability to become a subject matter expert on the job. Innovation and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as needed & owned drive licence A. Required Skill(s): Negotiator, Communicative General requirement : Good negotiation & Communication Skill, Team Work, Target Oriented, work under pressure,fluent in English / Japan Have an own vehicle
