To be a team member of Retail Lending Department
To support Marketing Manager to formulate product strategies on loan-on-card to build market awareness and market share
To support the planning, development and implementation of marketing programms to achieve business target
To closely track the programme performance and expense of marketing programms
To ensure customer satisfaction level through a more customer focused approach in marketing and customer service
To coordinate and support the production of marketing materials and collaterals
To be responsible for programme logistics, execution, liaison with internal and external parties
To perform post programme evaluations for reference to future programs
To ensure the operation and compliance guidelines have been strictly followed
REQUIREMENT
University graduated
Preferable over 3 years’ solid marketing experience in credit card business
Creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
Acquired project management and financial analytical skills
Independent, highly organized and self-initiated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
