DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing all customer returns, refunds and complaints and processing them in a timely manner and working to KPIs in line with company targets. Monitoring and responding to all customer complaints and comments across various social media channels. Taking inbound customer sales queries by email and phone. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers. Weekly reporting.
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, within a retail or wholesale fashion environment. Experience in updating web and mobile content using content management system. Experience working across various digital platforms. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Manage multiple updates, projects and challenges to meet deadlines. Able to multi task and priorities busy workload. Strong attention to detail / analytical skills.
