Responsible in sales and marketing coatings and adhesives products
Planning and implementation of sales and marekting strategies
Sales and distribution activities : Achievement of sales target and collection, distributor management, retailer management, and overall customer management
Marketing activities : Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans (segmentation, product positioning, and branding) that support sales efforts and generate repeatable results
Do the presentation, negotiation, sistem integration, demo product, consultation,and solution to customers
Build good communication and partnership with new reseller / agent, distributor and maintain good relationship with existing reseller / agent, distributor
Manage the product price
Identify and analized competitor, research the new target market and assist with events and trade show or branding activities
Manage marketing budget effectively and efficiently
Provide directions as well as problem solving towards issues related to the achievement of sales
REQUIREMENT
age max 45 years old
Computer literacy
Ability to operate and make decisions in complex inviroment
Self motivated, competitive and goal oriented
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influicing skills
Good leadership, team work, and motivation to work
Good communication in bahasa indonesia and English both spoken and written
Willing to travel around Indonesia
Willing to be place in Semarang
