DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Will be placed in Bandung and Jakarta
Responsible for business development, building sales team and achieving sales target
Deal, handle, maintain and develop customers relationship
Identify new & existing product placement, promotional & channel sales opportunities
Conducting face-to-face sales discovery meetings / visits
Develops Retail strategy and sales plan to drive sales achievement
Ensures and monitors the profitability and success of sales activities
Liaise with Internal Business and Account teams to ensure partnership and mutual understanding of key objectives
Takes proactive initiative to improve customer sales performance
REQUIREMENT
Having experience 5 year as Investment, Financial or bank sales
Education background min. S1
English is must
Prefer having Waperd lisence, but if not will get training
Having good communication skill
Good personality
Having good leadership
