DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To handle telephone calls and customer enquiries in a professional manner;
To greet and escort all visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
To manage the booking of conference rooms;
To arrange daily postal/mailing;
To co-ordinate with the incoming couriers for the handling of documents for Air Cargo Sea Cargo;
To obtain the quotation and negotiate the price with suppliers;
To arrange/order office supplies and materials, eg: stationery/ pantry materials/ business card/ printing materials;
To assist Manager Administration to handle Marketing materials, handle Office Safety supervise Office Assistant;
To distribute and post memo from Building Management Office;
To arrange company car parking;
To assist in company functions, e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc;
To provide general office administration and clerical support;
To liaise with Building Management Office;
To arrange carpet cleaning pest control, supervise the out-sourced office cleaning work;
To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
REQUIREMENT
Form 5 graduate or above;
At least 2 year experience in Administration duties;
Customer-orientated with good telephone manner;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS office;
Good command of spoken in English and Mandarin;
Knowledge on office safety and first-aid an advantage;
Immediate available is preferred. CC
