DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supports assigned Region / Regional Directors, Branch Managers in sales planning, sales / campaign execution, grow remittance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network. Actively retain & nurture existing Remittance customer base by promoting bank's Remittance business by applying "Farmer" concept. To achieve Remittance target set by Management. To service Remittance customer base and continuously nurture the relationship by applying “Farmer” concept. To give sales/ product presentation to business partners as and when required, in order to introduce Remittance business solutions and to build relationship with clients. To plan and implement sales activities/ products according to strategies and policies set by the bank. To work closely with branch operations to provide solutions to customers and ensuring high level of customer experience is accorded for Remittance business clients. To engage and work closely with Corporate, Commercial / SME sales and Branch Managers to leverage their existing relationships and work on their clients for Remittance business. Ensure every opportunity for Remittance business is advanced across all touchpoints and vice versa. To build strong relationship with the Regional Director and Branch Managers to ensure constant business referrals and vice versa. Relationship managers are also required to service and build rapport with business centers of their respective regions. To build and maintain long term and profitable relationships with Business Partner to promote Remittance. To support branches in all sales activities related to the Remittance customers. To help drive sales from existing Remittance clients through opening the doors for roadshow for cross sell and up sell. Other duties assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENT

University Degree in any discipline. Sound retail product knowledge especially in remittance. Able to work independently, embrace challenges and self-driven. To work independently and yet develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external responsible person. Good communication and presentation skills Highly mobile.
