DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Receving PO from customer, input to system, and filling 2. Review quotation from supplier, check lead time, courier services for delivery (both of overseas and domestic supplier) 3. Produce/input & issue PO to supplier by system, and filling 4. Get PO acknowledgement & delivery schedule confirmation from supplier 5. Making consolidation shipment for 1 time delivery from overseas supplier 6. Calculate import duty tax and delivery cost based on forwarder/courier services for SUNWA Quotation 7. Check lead time to supplier and negotiate expedite delivery schedule (if needed) 8. Manage goods delivery schedule (if goods already available at office warehouse) 9. Communicate, prepare document, and monitor import process through Bonded Warehouse / BC 2.3, BC 2.7 for delivery to customer places 10. Communicate, prepare document, and monitor import process for normal import (PIB & CN) 11. Calculate import duty tax and delivery cost based on forwarder/courier services for SUNWA Quotation 12. Continue PIB draft with import duty tax calculation to Accounting dept. to be paid 13. Documentation export and import documents 14. Prepare document and monitor export process, including insurance 15. Prepare delivery goods to customer in Bonded Zone with BC 2.7 document, trucking and related document 16. Prepare delivery goods to customer that have Bonded Warehouse with BC 4.0 document, and related document 17. Checking stock per actual and by system with sales team, confirm to engineering Team if used for any project 18. Check period of validity document, extend document before the expire date 19. Gather all reports and produce official letter for support legal document extension 20. Submit Import Realization Report every 3 months to Ministry of Trade official website & submit manually Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) 21. Submit Investment Activity Report every 6 months to Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) manually 22. Extend expatriate's document yearly (KITAS, IMTA, etc) 23. Gather & produce official letter for support expatriate document extension 24. Handling other general administration if any
REQUIREMENT

1. A Bachelor's Degree from any major background, but Japanese Language background are more preferable 2. Minimum 25 years old, maximum 30 years old 3. Have a good ability in time management 4. At least 3 years working experience in trading company, more preferable in handling export import 5. Adept/skillful and accustomed/habitual to work with systems & Microsoft Office 6. Fluent in English 7. Precise/accurate, honest, and able to work under pressure or tight schedule 8. Maintain a good relationship between customer and supplier
