DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Contact necessary people for office/ building maintenance (Building admin/ engineer, Contractor) Maintain cleanliness and report any damage of office items (chairs, aircon)
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus Willing to do over time if needed to assist events or any company activities Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in basic Microsoft (Word, Excel) Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.scanners and printers) Excellent organizational skills Customer service attitude Work Location: Cavite
