DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Follow-up and reviews customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and resolve and suggest solution to customer’s feedback Provide site visit and repair service Develop, track and report key service performance measurements. Develops and implements operational improvements Coordinate unit activities with functions, eg. Purchasing, Sales and Sales Admin etc. Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes or to specific repair and maintenance work. Arranges for transportation of machines and equipment to customer's location for installation or from customer's location to shop for repairs that cannot be performed on premises. Keeps records of work hours and parts utilised, and work performed for each service call. Requisitions replacement parts and supplies. Contacts with outsourced service personnel to obtain or give information and directions regarding service or installation activities as required. Follow-up on rework and refund issue, issue credit notes and payment for refund
REQUIREMENT

Well presented with good communication skills and customer service oriented Be able to demonstrate good decision making skill Able to work with all levels of organization Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
