DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To handle customers' enquiries, requests and follow-ups from various channels including in-bound calls, emails and walk-in in a timely, accurate and professional manner Process Policy Servicing requests including policy alteration, banruptcy management, GIRO payment, renewals and receipting Manage any complaints and feeback from customers promptly and amicably Monitor customer service levels and provide regular reports to management To work closely with project teams to support company projects such as product launches and system enhancement Any other ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service call centre and/or insurance policy servicing Experience in the use of call centre system, Microsoft Office applications and Integal system / AS400 system Excellent customer service and communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers) Good Team Player
