DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives Handle all customers inquiries and complaints Providing support to customers and internal department Ensure all customers’ concerns are properly addressed Maintain good customer contacts and relationships Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM/STPM holder Good command of English, BM. Spoken Chinese is an added advantage Good communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Work 5 days a week. Off day will be decided by the Company Willing to work shifts includes Public holidays and weekend No experience required as training will be provided Based in Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil
