DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Attending customer enquiries and feedback through in bound phone calls / message and emails
Follow up with customers on the service rendered
Liaises with internal department for the coordination and provide solutions as and when needed
Earliest 2 weeks before checking for all orders outstanding and remind OMs that make full payment before delivery date
Check Driver status when needed
Call to customer inform that timing of delivery
KEY-IN, Filing and change the delivery date for all S/O
Upload the delivery schedule and write the delivery book submit to account department
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
