DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversees the operational tasks for executing all training and development programs Ensure the implementation of all training and development plan for all business unit are on track Deliver report progress and development by implementing an evaluation/ assessment that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards Evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate Facilitate all training activities and able to deliver professional presentations and training materials Identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement Develop and maintain training tracking including participation, costs, and training feedback Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Psychology or equivalent. Required skill(s): training, Training Presentation. Strong communication skills - phone, email, text message, and in person. Proven experience as trainer and facilitator for training. Creative problem solver. Self motivated. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types. Good planing and organizing skill (project management skill). Required language(s): English. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
