DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Taking total responsibility for ensuring all customers expectations are met Interact with customers to provide information in response to customers inquiries of cross border services and able to handle and resolve customers complaints. Maintain liaison with internal department and oversea agents for efficiency services.
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 years of related customer service experience within the transportation industry. Ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities. Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound email Applicant must have excellent communication skills as both written and verbal skills Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
