Hand over direct to customers Response time and closing complaint as SOP Service to customers as SOP
REQUIREMENT

25 - 30 years old At least held Diploma Degree from any major (preferably from Public Relation or Mass Comunication) Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and oral) Experienced as a Customer Service Officer/ Front Desk Agent/ Tenant Relation Officer for at least 3 years (experience in Building Management is a plus) Experienced in handling various cases of customer complaints with supervisory skills Willing to work in Weekend (Saturday to Sunday), and National Public Holiday (will be off for one day at Weekdays) Willing to work at Golf Island (Pantai Indah Kapuk)
