DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Acts as key contact for allocated customer. Responsible for performing the reporting and administrative tasks involved in internal traffic control. Shipping and commercial document management (but not involved in license applicatoin) Duty and tax payment control Prepare custom entry (but must be verified by Customer) Prepare miscellaneous clearance documents (but must be verified by Customer) Expedites critical shipments as required. Interfaces with vendors to ensure timely shipment to the customer. Communication control tower with Operations team and delivery monitoring.
REQUIREMENT

Min 2 years as customer service or implant role required in freight forwarding company. Knowledge and understanding of export import operations across multiple modes, i.e. Airfreight, Oceanfreight & Land Transportation. Bachelor degree in any major (Transportation or Logistic is preferable) from reputable university. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must. Excellent customer service, presentation skill, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Willing to be place in customer’s office ( TB Simatupang & Narogong location). Contract for 1 year.
