    Responsible for engineering, installation, and commissioning of solar PV projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with PV EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies to ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project budget and financial aspects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for solar PV projects, including IUPTLS (Izin Usaha Penyelenggaraan Tenaga Listrik Suria), SLO (Surat Izin Operasi), Carbon Certification, and other regulatory approvals as required. Provide support to the sales and tendering team by contributing technical expertise and insights for PV project proposals and bids. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar PV engineering and project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to optimize processes, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement in PV project execution and delivery.
