    1/ Quickly learn JCI HVAC system, providing system design, panel design, coding, configuration and graphics, database creation, etc. 2/Manage project materials, hardware costs, software costs, technical resources and risks for project coding and complete the project on time and within the planned budget. 3/ Act as the technical interface to the engineering team for assigned projects. Develop project launch plan, security plan, and test plan including but not limited to; project schedule, issue/risk log, and work breakdown structure (WBS) of resource requirements to execute the project as planned. 4/Assess the technical scope of the work and the impact of instructions/notifications, site instructions and/or changes to development plans issued by the client. Actively pursue change orders for this and additional work. Conduct relevant software and hardware cost estimates, prepare proposals and negotiate final settlement and customer acceptance prices. 5/Manage debt, billing and collections. Complete project settlements with customers quickly and accurately to maintain positive cash flow. 6/Effectively communicate project progress, issues and financial status to management as needed. 7/ Prepare HVAC RFP, negotiate and issue comprehensive subcontract. 8/ Ensure project HVAC document controls comply with contract requirements and company standards.
