MONITORING & EVALUATION Manages consolidation, monitoring, control of promo expenses and reconciliation with Finance. Ensure all Sales Assisting, On-Premise, Supermarket Evaluation Reports, Closure Reports and other reports are submitted on time for information of management for decision-making. Attend Region and National MOR, Presents all NSM TPM - Related MOR and TPM MOR Charts. Provide timely advice of findings/feedbacks and recommend programs to National Sales Manager.
