Taking over from Project department after hang over to client to start regular maintenance services Work closely with sales team, project team and control team to understand the project contract, scope of maintenance service requirement and the performance guarantee for the project. Do proper planning and schedules and seek sub contractors quotation for maintenance service required. Be responsible of the P&L for maintenance of the company. Ensure maintenance service from sub contractor is carry out regularly accordingly to schedule. Coordinate with our EMS service team for breakdown and faulty readings/sensors for replacement if necessary. Quote customer for replace is not included in our maintenance contract. Compile services reports and endorsement from customer for the regular maintenance services Regularly check on system performance on kW/Ton and highlight to project and ems HOD if the system efficiency has drifted out. Be the first line of contact for a failure at site. Responsible to attend to site with customer and inform relevant staffs to recover the system ASAP. Create for customer a report on cause of failure, recovery action taken and preventive action for future failure. Ensure and quote for renewal of service maintenance with customer.
