Assist the Team Lead in carrying out assessments to identify and eliminate efficiency limiting and time-consuming factors. Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with Sales Lead to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist Sales Lead in understanding sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate continuous process improvement. Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data Guide and coach juniors to complete the end-to-end sales cycle. Assist Manager in establishing hiring practices and criteria for recruiting sales representatives to ensure high performing individuals are selected. Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales personnel in the sales organization supported. Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
