DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in the introduction of new systems and techniques to generate efficiencies and improved ways of working
Cooperate in the development, implementation, and monitoring the procurement strategy to ensure efficiency, cost control and transparency.
Develop and implement Procurement’s policies and processes to ensure operational and financial requirements are supported
Manage, administer and coordinate procurement to ensure compliance with the established standards
Take an active role in planning and assisting in the delivery of the efficiency targets required for the Hotel
Develop a robust register of contracts in order to maximize cost efficiencies
Develop and implement innovative methods of procurement in order to continually improve the business process
Assist the Director of Purchasing in providing management information and performance measurement in all aspects of procurement in order to track costs and results
Control process of receiving and store management.
To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
REQUIREMENT
Intermediate level - Microsoft Office applications
Pre-Opening Experience highly regarded
Competent on use of purchasing system i.e. Market boomer, ADACO
Strong negotiating skills with managing quality, after sales support, warranties and payment terms
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent negotiation skills, regional and market knowledge, strong interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of the GCC Procurement Market
Passion, drive, enthusiasm, with an obsessive attention to detail
Ability to manage external agencies, suppliers and internal colleague requests
Written and spoken Arabic highly regarded
