DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Able to handle full set of accounts and execute monthly financial closing Handle of Fixed Assets, AR and AP, General Ledger, Inventory Reports and expenses claims Handle cash & treasury, insurance & banking matters such as deposit, loan, bank guarantee application, etc. To supervise and support subordinates to perform their daily work To ensure deadlines are met and report procedures are accurate To check on monthly reconciliations and analysis of sales and expenditure and GST return To assist in preparation of management accounts, quarterly and annual reports To assist in liaison with bankers, company secretary, auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement To assist and support on human resources and administration function when required Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Finalists in professional examination with relevant accounting experience are also encouraged to apply Preferable experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words Committed team player and possess good initiative Matured, analytical detail oriented and well organized in work Able to work under pressure with tight deadline Experience in FMCG Manufacturing Industry is advantage Required Skill(s): erp system, autocount system Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
