DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling End-end Recruitment Process Carrying out the end to end recruitment process (Starting from application screening, psychological testing & scoring, conducting HR and User interviews) Create job vacancy flyers/posters Posting job vacancy advertisements on job portal platforms and also social media Carrying out the search/hunting process via LinkedIn for various candidates for client needs Recap all complete administrative files (starting from psychological test files to employment contracts) Summarize the results of psychological tests and interviews to recommend candidates to clients Provide relevant information to candidates regarding the section or department to be placed, working hours, and applicable KPIs Updated reporting related to the ongoing recruitment process Create work requirements according to client requests -Handling KPI Process -Handling Training Development
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree Psychology Experienced as an HR Recruitment or HR Development - Performance Management at least 3 year Familiar with competency-based performance Able to operate psychological test tools (DISC, Aptitude, DAM, BAUM, WARTEGG, etc.) Tough, highly driven, fast learner, and dynamic Able to conduct interviews well Well-groomed, good communication and administration skills Strong analytical, detailed, and good follow-up Computer literate (Ms. Office) Fluent English Working well under pressured
