DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments. Conduct disaster recovery operations and data backups as required. Implement network security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Replace faulty network hardware components as necessary. Configure and monitor virus protection software and email applications. Monitor network performance and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with network users to address system issues. Operate master consoles to monitor network and system performance. Coordinate network access and usage. Design, configure, and test networking and operating system software.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field, specializing in network engineering. Solid understanding of network infrastructure and hardware. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to devise effective solutions. Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. Familiarity with application transport and network infrastructure protocols. Proficient in creating precise network diagrams and documentation. Ability to provide detailed information for hardware and software selection. Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new technologies using available resources. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of staff. Self-motivated individual who excels in both independent and team environments. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Dependable and flexible when necessary. Prior experience in network security, LAN, and WAN is a plus.
