DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement organizational processes and policies to ensure adherence to local regulatory standards. Oversee daily office operations including procurement, facility management, organizing meetings, and handling visitor receptions. Manage HR duties such as supporting recruitment, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, vacation allocations, and other welfare initiatives. Arrange and facilitate both internal and external meetings, prepare necessary materials, and capture key discussion points. Enhance internal communications to improve team efficiency and cohesion. Organize and secure company files and records to ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Perform additional tasks as directed by senior management.
REQUIREMENT

Knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and HR practices. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively across all company levels and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of blockchain and Web3 technologies is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
