DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Assistance with setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware such as PC, laptops, imac, macbooks, servers, printers, scanners, handphone and networking equipment. - Help with installing, configuring and troubleshooting software applications and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu etc) - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks - Ability to provide IT Support resolved remotely, either through phone, email or chat - User Support : Providing assistance to user with technical issue, software training, password reset and
REQUIREMENT

- Proficient knowledge of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software applications i.e. Windows 11, MacOS, Office 365 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders effectively - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines - Proficient in networking (Mikrotik Router, Linux, Wireless, Bandwidth Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) are a plus - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation are a plus. Any other related professional certification will be an advantage
