DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

a. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with General Manager/Director. b. Provide monthly reports to overseas principals on sales forecast and achievement. c. Manages personnel and develops sales members and sales support staff. d. Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company. e. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. f. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. g. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures h. Increase the sales revenue by aggressively introduces company’s products and services for new customers in the respective areas, he/she should be able to work independently to achieve the given targets by company.
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum 5 years in industrial sales experiences, preferable in Industrial Cleaning products and services. 3. Having experience working with the following industries such as Petrochemical, Oil & Gas. Pulp and Paper, Mining, Shipyard & Cement Industry 4. Good Communication in English both oral and written with excellent presentation skill. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 6. A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales target. 7. Willing to travel extensively through out Indonesia. 8. Preferable own car
